  • I have chosen my preference of upholstery, is there an option to use it with a certain chair finish?

    We accommodate your unique furniture designs. As a manufacturer, we are able to work with you to build custom pieces. Either send us your own upholstery selection or pick from our assortment.
  • Are swatches or wood chips available for sampling?

    With your request, we will provide you with free samples.
  • The box my furniture was delivered in was punctured and I noticed damage on my furniture.

    Prior to your driver leaving, please inspect your entire order for damage. Notify the driver of any issues BEFORE signing for the shipment. In the case that you notice damage at a later time, please contact us by phone at 1-845-600-8080 or by e-mail at [email protected]
  • Who is responsible if an item arrives damaged?

    With Shipping Insurance, we are responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Please inspect your entire order upon receiving it. If you notice any damage or lost items let the driver know and make a note of it BEFORE signing the bill of lading.
  • Is there assembly required for your furniture?

    To maintain the durability of our products we do not require assembly. However, in the case that assembly is required you will be notified during the buying process.
  • Are all payment methods accepted?

    We accept major credit cards including: Visa or MasterCard. International money orders or checks are also accepted.
  • May I use a purchase order?

    If you wish to send us a purchase order, we ask that you confer with us first.
  • What do you charge for sales tax?

    N.Y. residents must pay 8.8125% sales tax.
  • How and where does your company ship?

    We ship ground via FedEx freight in the constituent US. International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited Service. Items shipped via freight carriers do not include liftgate service or inside delivery. If you would like either of these services, please call one of our customer service representatives and we will be more than happy to provide a freight quote.
  • What is your turnaround time?

    Delivery can be expected within 10-14 (business) days of placing an order. Delivery on out of stock items might be delayed, especially when item is imported.
  • Where are your items manufactured?

    Some are fabricated domestically or in Canada, while most others are manufactured in various parts of Europe.
  • Do you have shipping fees?

    Shipped fees are specific to individual orders. We work with many freight companies. Many of these companies provide discounted rates of 78% and up. We work hard to provide you with the lowest shipping fees available.
  • What is your return policy?

    At this time we do not accept returns. Before ordering, please refer to our return policy page for more details.
  • Can I rely on the images online or in the catalog to be accurate?

    We can not guarantee against slight image differences. The setting on your computer may cause slight color changes, while the catalogue images are of high quality however may not appear the same as in real life. We encourage you to contact us for color samples prior to buying.
  • Are the dimensions of your products accurate?

    There are cases where the numbers are rounded to the nearest 3”. If you have questions on exact measurements, our customer service department is more than willing to assist you, any standard variations are not our responsibility.
  • When ordering online, how secure is my personal and payment information?

    We take measures to protect your information. To ensure that it is completely safeguarded, our system is equipped with SSL encryption technology that scrambles all billing and shipping details.
  • What is the best way to place my order?

    You may place orders online, by email or by phone from 9am till 5pm EST. Please call us at 1-845-600-8080. You may also choose to mail an order form to the listed company address.
  • I would like to pay with a check or money order, how can I do this?

    Please fill out an order form and mail it to our company address along with your money order, personal or business check. Please be aware that it is company policy for a check to clear before processing an order.
